How long does delivery take?
We usually ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days within Germany.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe. The exact shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
When is shipping free?
For orders over €75, shipping within Germany is free.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition.
How does a return work?
Simply send us an email with your order number and we will take care of everything else.
Sizes & Fit
How does the clothing fit?
Our T-shirts (Stanley/Stella SATU007 Crafter) have a Regular Fit – neither slim nor oversized, but a classic straight cut. The fit is true to size. If in doubt, we recommend choosing one size up.
What material are the T-shirts made of?
We exclusively use the Stanley/Stella Crafter T-shirt made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton – sustainable, high-quality, and comfortable on the skin.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No problem – contact us and we will gladly exchange the size for you.
