Even as a child, I said: "I don't know how, but one day I will be successful and the world will know my name."
However, over the years, this dream turned into everyday life. I started working early and never really felt like I belonged. In the shift system, I increasingly lost touch with myself. What was initially only supposed to be a balance developed into an alcohol addiction.
At 25, my body pulled the emergency brake. After severe health problems, a doctor unequivocally told me that I had to fundamentally change my life. These words changed everything.
My girlfriend organized the first important steps back into life for me. Through the support of the Blauen Kreuz in Eichstätt and especially Mr. Ivica Lasic, I was given the opportunity to start a rehabilitation measure in the Bavarian Forest. For this, I will always be grateful to my girlfriend and Mr. Lasic.
During rehab, my grandmother passed away. I left the clinic to attend her funeral. This step was considered a discontinuation of the measure. For me personally, however, it was not a discontinuation, but the beginning of a new life.
Since that moment, I have made the decision to seize my second chance.
I started retraining and wanted to build a new professional foundation. The path was not straightforward. Setbacks, financial problems, and long disputes with authorities followed. Instead of giving up, I decided to take responsibility myself.
My document service was born out of this time. My goal was to support people who feel left alone in the bureaucratic jungle. I wanted to create something positive from my own experiences and help others.
But a dream had accompanied me my whole life.
Fashion.
Even in the most difficult phases of my life, I valued a neat appearance. Clothes were never just fabric to me. They were an expression of dignity, self-respect, and the belief that everyone can start anew at any time.
MARTÈU was born from this conviction.
MARTÈU is more than a fashion brand. It stands for new beginnings, discipline, and the courage to keep going despite setbacks. For people who go their own way and do not let their past define them.
Every piece of clothing is meant to remind us that success rarely follows a straight line. Behind every story are decisions, setbacks, and the will to continue.
This is the story of MARTÈU.
And it's just beginning.
